fat loss 4 idiots is actually a really good program. this is a bad review!LISA IN NYC: You need to do some research in the area of food and diets before you can make comments that can be taken seriously, everything is correct in what this person says, however I would add that a person needs to walk or otherwise exercise at a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes a day to make any diet really work.
Yes, the fat loss 4 idiot diet plan, day 7 is 2 carbs and 2 protein, menu planner gave me 1 carb and 3 proteins, the not matching what the day is suppose to contain ran throughout the 11 day menu plan. What's up? Who can I contact?
So what kind of foods did you think you would be able to choose from on a diet? I know the website says you can choose the foods but if you expected to be able to choose donuts or deep fried oreos then maybe someone's expectations were a little off, hmmnn?
